What is Physical Wellness?
Physical wellness is taking care of your body for optimal health and functioning. It encompasses a variety of healthy behaviors including regular medical check-ups, adequate exercise, proper nutrition, and appropriate alcohol and other drug use.

Each spring semester, Live Well partners with Student Government to bringÌýAASDNÌýto campus to train students who are interested in becoming a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Victim Advocacy
ҹɫ¸£Àû is proud to offerÌývictim advocacyÌýservices to any student who has been the victim of a violent crime. The program is staffed with trained advocates who are designated by the Office of the Attorney General to provide victim services and work on-campus in student life. An advocate may be contacted during the fall and spring semesters through theÌývictim advocate hotline (813) 257-3900Ìýor by contactingÌýCampus Safety.
